Absolutely. The Jenni Travel Bag 2.0 meets carry-on luggage standards worldwide, including requirements from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the United States, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in the United Kingdom, Australia's Office of Transport Security (OTS), the Air Transport Security Authority (ATSA), and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA). It is suitable for flights in most countries, particularly across the Western Hemisphere.
Does it fit under the seat during a flight?
JenniBag is a carry-on you can take on a flight and store under your seat. It does not count toward checked baggage, so you can bring it along with your personal item for free. This saves you money and offers a hassle-free way to travel with your belongings.
How much can I pack into it?
You can comfortably pack up to 10 days' worth of everyday clothing, along with 2 to 3 wrinkle-free dresses, ensuring you are prepared for extended stays or varied occasions.
Does the Roller Edition have a trolley sleeve?
Yes. Both the Classic and Roller Editions of the JenniBag include a trolley sleeve at the back. Everything available in the Classic JenniBag is also included in the Roller Edition. The Roller Edition is the upgraded, premium version of the Classic.
Can I add the Roller system later?
Yes, you can. Our latest Classic Edition, JenniBag 2.0, includes a built-in roller sleeve, so you can start with the Classic and upgrade to the Roller later. Email [email protected] and our team will help you.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The bag is made from Oxford cloth with a waterproof surface lining and waterproof zippers. This helps keep your items safe and dry in rain or during spills.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Our tracking numbers typically become active within 3–5 working days after purchase. This is because the tracking link is activated at the first checkpoint, the airline center, when your product is processed for its flight.
